Di Shine Cleaning offers a comprehensive suite of commercial cleaning services. Browse below to get a better idea of what we have to offer. If you need a specialist service that we don’t offer, we also have trusted partners that will get the job done.
Two things will affect pricing: the price per hour per “Di Shiner” and the number of hours required.
Experience has taught us one thing, no two premises and clients are the same. Until we see the premises and find out about any particular issues or special requirements please use the pricing indications as a guide, and contact us to get a better idea of the cost. To get an exact quote, we
offer an in-person consultation free of charge.

We want to be totally up front and transparent with our pricing which is why we are explaining the following.
Our quoted estimated price per hour does not include:

Using our own equipment

Using our own cleaning products

Time of day surcharges

Public holiday surcharges

Extras requested

Specialist equipment being needed
Clients will both over and under estimate the time required. The estimated number of hours will be confirmed onsite and we won’t start until you are satisfied. There will be no hidden extras or charges.
Most of the time there is no difference between our estimated quote and the final quote but experience has taught us we must cover our bases.

Typically, the more regular the clean, the fewer hours are required!!!

All Prices Are Subject to VAT
Please note that all prices listed on our website for cleaning services are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the total cost at the applicable rate.

OFFICES
Minimum booking: 2 hours
Starting at £18.50 per hour
This covers everything you would imagine. From kitchenettes to reception areas we provide as complete a service as you would like, in the time frame that best suits you.

We will provide a regular Di Shiner or team of them as required, so that there is consistency and familiarity which should result in maximum efficiency and best results.

Our availability is flexible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We can bring our own equipment and materials if desired.

If a specialist service is required we can sort this out either ourselves or with our trusted partners.

You may wish us to supply your premises with extras such as paper towels, soap, bin liners, air fresheners etc and we can get rid of that headache for you as well.

We do not deep clean computers, keyboards and other electronics but we can give them a wipe down if requested.
RESIDENTIAL COMMON/PUBLIC AREAS
​Minimum booking: 2 hours
Starting at £18.5 per hour
We deliver services on behalf of building managers, landlords and tenants. This includes spaces such as lobbies, reception areas, stairs, lifts, corridors, washrooms and so on.

We will provide a regular Di Shiner or team of them as required, so that there is consistency and familiarity which should result in maximum efficiency and best results.

Our availability is flexible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We can bring our own equipment and materials if desired.

LEISURE & RETAIL PREMISES

From pharmacies to restaurants, pubs to clubs, galleries to hair salons and so on we can help keep your place of business in its best possible condition.

END OF TENANCY
MOVE IN/OUT CLEANING
